90% of the events held as part of NZ Bar Con 2025 are free to attend. Some events will be ticketed, ticket prices for these events are priced to be really good value for money.

Some events have limited spaces, which means RSVP's are essential. Other events are first-come, best-dressed, RSVP is optional and those who RSVP will receive any relative updates about the event.

Each events RSVP/Ticket status will be detailed in the description.

The events are open to anyone who works in the hospitality industry, however most are catered specifically towards those working in the Bar & Beverage industry ie. bartenders, brand owners, distributors etc.

Selected events (generally bar takeovers) will be open to the general public, this will be disclosed in the event description.

We have designed NZ Bar Con to be easy to travel between venues/events. Most events are held in the Auckland CBD, Ponsonby or close-by.

If you are a venue wanting to take part in the years Bar Con, you can register your interest here. We will provide your details to sponsors looking for a venue to host their event.

Unfortunately not. As most events include the service of alcohol, persons under legal drinking age will not be able to attend.

We are kicking off on Sunday 5th August, the closing party will finish in the wee hours (1am) of Wednesday 8th August.

Each day events will be kicking off between 10-11am and finishing up around 1am.
