About the event
We are so excited to have one of the best bartenders in Hong Kong joining us this year. Simone Rossi is a former Director of Bars for Rosewood Hong Kong and founder of Ratafia Rossi. Originally from Grosseto, Italy. Rossi has worked in London & Hong Kong and previously won the title of champion in the Disaronno Mixing Star and Hong Kong World Class Competitions.
In 2023 he founded his own brand, Ratafia Rossi an aperitif cherry wine with the ambitions to relaunch and modernise a forgotten Italian category and style of beverage and in 2024 he founded RossiBar ltd a bar and beverage consulting platform that operates mainly across Asia Pacific and Middle East.
