About the event
The Re-provinancing of drinks, heritage, and culture in Ukraine, with new approaches to a misunderstood category.
We look into the history and future of Vodka amongst a new wave of export and story telling from Ukraine, a forgotten centre for spirits production. Expect history and flavour from Igor Brovko (formerly of Tayēr + Elementary London), sampling modern-classic cocktails as well as some of Svitlo’s signature serves.
